Regional Code Enhancement (RCE) Program
Stupid movie studios and record companies seem to be eager to lose my business. Since I'm fed up being treated like an unter-consumer (how about paying 1.5x the US price for 2 years-late region 2 DVDs?), I've shrunk my DVD spendings to 0 (as in nada.)
