Blogger will have comments
It didn't work for me but Evan said it still needs to be ironed out. I'll also use that feature to comment my own posts, in order to add new links or thoughts after the post, rather than edit the post itself which I find bad practice except for spelling or grammar mistakes.

07/22/01 update: the "official" Blogger still doesn't have comments. There are some outside systems around, but I didn't take the time to look into them, so I've settled on doing updates just like this one.
