Just a small quote: "Customer-led development process" is the topic of a post I'm working on.

BTW, now that I massively Blog This, I realize many sites have lousy title tags on their pages. This page was named "Customer Experience doc template". It's not a doc template, it's a specific document with a specific title. Put the real title and other stuff like meta tags into the database beside the copy, then generate real meaningful pages.
