I wanted to know how to write an effective job description. Compare AskJeeves absolutely useless pseudo-AI "answers" with the relevant sites already found by other people. Why do you think Jeeves acquired DirectHit?

Speaking of the later, the feedback I sent them is not on their new site, but they left the old one live (08/04/01: that's apparently no longer the case).
