Radio UserLand: A directory project
"Now, this is a hint in the direction I'd like to take Radio UserLand. It's related to HTML Directories, and it's the "Timeless Weblog" thing I've been talking about on Scripting News.
If you want to work with me here, I just need four people to take a continent and make an outline with links to each of the authoritative papers. It might be fewer than four people, or more. The goal is to tap your minds to pull out the information and judgment that's already there."

If you know the names of the main local newspapers in a region outside of the USA, you might want to contribute in this thread. I'm still intrigued by this "timeless blog" thing. RU taking on ODP? 11/17/00 add-on: I should have linked to HTML Directories and Next steps in HTML Directories. Dave says he doesn't want to run the topmost directory, only power it!
