Techweb writes about
the forthcoming Microsoft Sharepoint which is likely to ship later than announced (see for instance Biztalk). But there's indeed an interesting relationship between Microsoft and Groove. CRN has an interview with Craig Mundie about .NET where Sharepoint is briefly talked about.

10/09/01 update: Sharepoint in itself is more of an Intranet document management tool than anything else. But when it's hosted, it might more or less compete with P2P programs to cater to the needs of extended teams.
