Yahoo takes French ruling to a U.S. court
""What we're asking a judge to do is to look at the order from France and determine whether it is valid here in the U.S.," said Greg Wrenn, associate general counsel international for Yahoo. "What we hope his answer would be is that it interferes with constitutionality in the U.S. and it violates public policy.""

A predictable decision by Yahoo!, I guess the US court will back them up but who will have the final word here?
