One to Watch: KnowNow tackles two-way computing

Red Herring:

"Their initial effort, a "software router," will let workers send and receive information instantly through Web browsers, cell phones, and email clients; at the same time, the information can be sent to traditional enterprise applications. KnowNow's software can guide and route the data to the proper final destination."

It's maybe a little clearer from Knownow's site (they changed their copy to something more meaningful). The part about EAI is probably reflecting the usual maturation process, from coming with a concept, to turning it into a product, then trying to find customers that will buy it.
