Mark Pilgrim has nice online referrer stats. The aggregation of Google results is cool. I'm not sure it takes into account non google.com queries though (ie. from google.ca, google.fr, yahoo, ...).

01/21/02 update: divetomark now added automatic linkbacks at the post level, in order to automate conversation tracking.
