Games junkies--hooked on 'heroinware'?

ZDNet:

"Dennis Bennett was failing his college classes, his marriage was in trouble, and he wasn't being much of a father to his 1-year-old son. But he had progressed to Level 58 as Madrid, the Great Shaman of the North, his character in the online role-playing game "EverQuest," and that was all that mattered at the time."

I consider it quite an achievement to have succeeded in getting my girlfriend to play Dungeon Siege with me. The problem is, now the two of us are addicted! For the past week we played at least two hours a day (don't worry, we still feed our daughter). Hopefully we have friends who come over for the weekend. They'll cut us from our daily fix and that's a good thing!
