What is EFSnet?

"EFSnet facilitates electronic payment processing via the Internet using Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) standards, but it can also use the traditional HTML form posts. By exposing Web services via Universal Description Discovery & Integration (UDDI) and and Web Services Description Language (WSDL) standards, enterprise-level merchants can develop customer user interfaces, reporting, carts, databases and much more."
