Dear consulting client who I've been bugging for months about RSS and who argues back that it's just for ultra geeks, would you consider the fact that Yahoo is adopting RSS on a variety of their services a clue that this is catching on? Plus reading RSS feeds in Outlook (thanks to Newsgator) feels a lot like email, and it's a lot more efficient to process than through the browser. Entries grouped by source rock my world, and I can delete or store individual posts easily. Newsgator brings down Outlook on my PC from time to time though.
