"The Internet Commerce Group, consisting of Ticketmaster.com, HSN.com, Hotel Reservations Network and Match.com, generated $39 million EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, debt and appreciation) on $182 million in revenue during the first quarter, an 89 percent jump in revenue over last year. Based on those numbers and projections that have been adjusted to take a faltering economy into consideration, Diller says the group can bring in $750 million in 2001 with profits of $120 million."
