VentureWire:
“Zaplet, an Internet infrastructure company, has laid off about 50 employees, totalling a third of the company, according to a spokesperson. The spokesperson said that the downsizing will help Zaplet conserve cash and completes the company’s transition from a consumer-oriented company to an enterprise-focused business. The spokesperson said that Zaplet now has between 130 to 150 employees and does not plan any further reductions. Three senior executives were affected by the layoffs: the vice president of product marketing, the CIO, and the CTO.”
BTW, I didn’t know that Zaplet was a Reactivity spinoff.
